Anti-War Music

 

During the Vietnam War many people expressed their hatred for war with music. During this time musicians such as the Beatles and many others advocated for peace through their music. They gained a very large following of anti-war youths, leading to a further increase in the popularity of their music as a whole. The music during this time period was a major catalyst to the Vietnam Anti-War Movement. The songs below express large amounts of antiwar sentiment.
