The Doors - Unknown Soldier
The song Unknown Soldier by The Doors is a tribute to the fallen soldiers who they think died without cause in Vietnam. This is best shown through the lyrics, “And it's all over for the unknown soldier. It's all over for the unknown soldier,” and “Make a grave for the unknown soldier. Nestled in your hollow shoulder, the unknown soldier.” The unknown soldier in this song is a family man, because of the lyrics, “Breakfast where the news is read, television children fed. Unborn living, living, dead. Bullets strikes the helmet's head.”
